CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation by You
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable. A no-show is defined as a failure to arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or force majeure events.
In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs or losses you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
