TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR R&H VIP TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
- AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the client (“You,” “Your”), and R&H VIP Transportation Services (“We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “the Company”). By booking a transportation service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- RESERVATIONS AND BOOKING
- Booking Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed via email or a formal booking system. A booking is not considered final until you receive a confirmation from us.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [20%] of the total service cost is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the final payment.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due [48 hours] before the scheduled service time. For last-minute bookings made within [24 hours] of the service, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and other pre-approved payment methods like PayPal.
- CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Cancellation by You:
- Cancellations made [72 hours] or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made between [24 and 72 hours] before the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of [50%] of the total service cost.
- Cancellations made less than [24 hours] before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable. A no-show is defined as a failure to arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
- Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or force majeure events.
- In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We are not responsible for any additional costs or losses you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
- SERVICE GUIDELINES AND PASSENGER CONDUCT
- Wait Time: Complimentary wait time is provided as follows:
- Airport pickups: [45 minutes] for domestic flights and [60 minutes] for international flights, starting from the flight’s landing time.
- All other pickups: [15 minutes] from the scheduled pickup time.
- After the complimentary wait time, a fee of [$10 per 30 minutes] will be charged.
- Overtime and Stops: Any unscheduled stops or extensions to the booked service duration must be pre-approved by the driver and may incur additional charges.
- Passenger Capacity: The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the stated capacity of the vehicle booked.
- Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate a service without refund if a passenger’s behavior is disruptive, abusive, or poses a threat to the driver or vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of illegal substances, smoking, or excessive intoxication.
- Damage to Vehicle: You are responsible for any and all damage caused to the vehicle by yourself or any members of your party.
- LIABILITY
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of flight, missed connections, or lost luggage.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, road closures, adverse weather conditions, or accidents.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jordan]. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jordan].
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and R&H VIP Transportation Services.
